Since our founding in 1973 as Positive Components, CDP has been recognized by some of the world's top manufacturing companies as well as the U.S. Department of Defense with numerous performance awards.
We are proud to be family-owned, operated, and designated Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) not only distributing quality fasteners, hardware and supplies for the aerospace, military, construction, and commercial manufacturing markets. Additionally, CDP is a leading logistics, kitting, and VMI provider to both small and large businesses throughout North America. We machine, cut, kit, custom crate and assemble at both of our locations greatly reducing warehousing, logistics and order processing costs for our customers all around the world.

Cindy has been actively engaged in the management and business strategy for CDP for 20 years. She assumed the role of President in 2019 and continues to promote a business strategy focused on integrity and family.

Paul Wagner, Vice President
Paul was a founder of CDP in 1993 and has been working full time in the business since 1985. He continues to be focused on operational excellence. Paul collaborates with Cindy to develop and execute a business strategy with a customer-centric business approach.
